To add to this...I've only been able to crunch for 6 hours out of 24 since it is too hot here and my boxes were starting to fry, ergo I'm suffering from RAC withdrawl as well.

I believe there is therapy for the RAC withdrawals. I wonder if there is a patch like the niccotine patch???
