Not working "suspend when computer in use" AND also "preferred applications" not working too

    1)"suspend when computer in use" is set to true and time is set to 3 minutes but tasks are not stop calculate
    2)"suspend if CPU in use" is set to 8% but task are not stopping when over 8%
    3)"preferred applications" are the same - not working

    What should I do?
    Now I have to turn them off manually! I never turn them back...

      Make Sure the Activity Menu selection is set to 'Run based on preferences' and Not 'Run always'
