I see listing forcredits but what does that mean?

Credits? It's a way by the project to pay you for your time here, for the work you have done. Other than needing a RAC higher than zero to be able to post in the top 3 forums, credits are rather useless. For bragging rights more or less. To have a place in the standings.

so what are you trying to say that we get credits so we can post in higher forums and that we don,t get any money

On the BOINC home page a project is listed (eternity2.net) which promises to give money to its crunchers, but first you have to buy something. I wonder whether it is right for BOINC to have its software platform used by a money making organization.
