Hi, how do adjust when and how tasks should run in the Bionic Manager? I only want tasks to run when my Laptop is in screen saver mode, or is idle. I would also like to perhaps reduce CPU usage, as the fans go crazy when it's running and my laptop is much noisier.

There doesn't seem to be anywhere obvious to adjust settings like this. I'd say the preferences (online and local) are a pretty obvious place to look at. ;-) Try "Suspend work while computer is in use?" in your Computing preferences. There are also settings for the number of CPU cores to use or throttling thereof. Gruß, Gundolf [edit]If you use the local preferences once, you'll have to use them for all subsequent changes too, since they override the online ones. Or use the "Clear" button.[/edit] ____________ Computer sind nicht alles im Leben. (Kleiner Scherz) ![]()
