Is Sun a binary system?
(Message 109771)
Posted 851 days ago by Jonas Skendelis I've heard an interesting idea that our Sun could have a companion star [ often referenced as Nemesis ], red or brown dwarf, - what makes our system as binary star system. WISE mission scans a sky in IR range. . What is the current status of that hypothesis? |

Posted 871 days ago by Jonas Skendelis No, Mike! He isn't binary - he is alone and searching his/her mate :) ---- P.S. PSR J2007+2722 (and found at Einstein@home) is, probably, Disrupted Recycled Pulsar - so, it is alone in the space as was kicked out of its home :) |
