I started running Einstein@home back in 2005 when one of my sons was in high school and he told me about the Year of Physics project. I began the project so that we'd have something to discuss, have a bit of friendly competition and also so he could update his class to what the project was doing.
I think its a very worthwhile project and that the scientific benefits that we'll receive will help us learn a lot about our surroundings in space.
