Your personal background.
Hi to all on the Einstein@Home project! I’m studying Computer Science at Preston College at the moment but my interest is more with Physics. Funny because when I was younger I would have said I was into music more than anything else! How things change. I stumbled into the Einstein@Home project when the Seti@Home project moved from the old classic to Boinc and thought wow, there’s all these other cool projects to participate in! My allegiance was soon aligned to Einstein@Home! Anyway, that’s all for now, back to crunching!!!
Your opinions about Einstein@Home
I\\'m interested in Einstein@Home because of the field of exploration, I am fascinated by the ideas behind string theory and feel sure that the Einstein@Home project will come up with results in this area as well as cosmology. I like the site, it’s easy to find your way around although more cosmology news on the home page would be great. There may be some benefit in separating the returning users page from the sites home page so that the information displayed can be tailored for users, new or old alike.
