Your personal background.
I'm 28 years old. Lived half my life in Canada, the other half in Germany. I'm working as a system administrator/technician at a Internet Services company. My interests are computer networks, programming and astronomy. I have been doing distributed computing projects since the beginning of the DES challenge at distributed.net and participated in seti@home since it was in Beta. Being part of something that may benefit humanity by means of computer networking gives me great joy.
Your opinions about Einstein@Home
1. I run Einstein@home because I run Seti@home and was invited to this project.
2. My view about this project is that it's technologically advanced and may give us insight to gravity as well as space and time and how all these things relate to each other.
3. My suggestions for the project would be to open it up further. Explain the technology behind it as if you would be speaking to a child. Simplify your wording so that it can make sense to someone not having a physics background.
