In my opinion, they way this thing is set up, it is clumsey and difficult to use. It seems to me like you guys set this thing up assuming that the person using it already knows alot about computers and how they work. Someone who has no computer skills would find this program almost impossible to set up. I watched this happen with someone in my house. He has limited computer knowledge and found this site so difficult to figure out and use, that he is convinced that you don't want people to use it. I do have some computer knowledge, and I too find this site hard to use. There's not even a way to contact you guys in case we have questions or problems. Fire your Web Designer, and Computer Programer!!!
We were happy with the Seti@home programe, but they apparentley shut down for some reason, and we are no longer able to process the radio signals.
As for suggestions, well I have a few:
1- Take your whole set up here, and re-do it. Re-design it with someont other than the computer elite in mind. The computer novice perhaps.
2- Allow users to continue with the Seti@home programe.
3- Provide a contact link that is easy to find. If there is one, I can't find it. You might want to fix that.
