Profile: Daniel

Your personal background.
My origin is from Russia, was born in France, and immigrated to Argentina many years ago.
I studied Physics in the Faculty of Sciences in the University of Buenos Aires and worked in the development and construction of the Microwave Spectrometer of the Physics department. Later I installed the University meteorological radar and worked there. Now after working in Saudi Arabia in the meteorological radar group I returned to Argentina to follow my specialty in radars working with the Argentine Space Agency, CONAE (Comisión Nacional de Actividades Espaciales)
My main interest is space science in any form and therefore this is the reason to participate in SETI and Einstein. I like to read science fiction and strongly follow Dr. I. Azimov recommendation not to mix-up science fiction with the real science.
I have no clues that these programs are of any use, but I always remember that when I studied Algebra, the “and “nor and ‘or where just mathematical curiosities, without any practical application; however without these curiosities the computer science would never existed.
The knowledge is never useless.
Beside science I love cats, animals in general, stamps, basketball, and mainly the nature.
I also have a family with two children of mine and one of my second wife. We have two cat named Kuzma and Rijiy.
