67 yrs old; born & raised in San Francisco; retired mainframe COBOL programmer/analyst; getting new 8" GPS telecsope in June and joined our Country Club/s Astronomy Club; played tennis since HS; did 10 years of whaleboat (lifeboat) racing in SF bay; 4 years college (just AA degree); like SciFi, Aventure, and Comedy movies; subscribe to Astromomy and US News & World Report.
