Profile: Darren Young

Your personal background.
I have a Bachelors of Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick [1997]. I joined the SETI@home project in October 1999. The first PC I ran the screen saver on was a P75 - it took a little over 90 hrs to do a work unit :)
Your opinions about Einstein@Home
An idle PC should be used for something worth while, such as SETI@Home or one of the many other projects that have followed this model.
