| I am a staff scientist at the Albert Einstein Institute. I got my PhD in physics in Rome. I work on gravitational wave data analysis within the LIGO scientific collaboration and have the privilege to look at data from both the LIGO and GEO detectors. |

| I have devoted the past few years to developing strategies and software to search for continuous gravitational signals, including the core search engine that Einstein@home is running. So this project is very close to my heart ! |
