Your personal background.
I'm a software engineer working for a telecom billing system vendor, living in a nice and quiet (some say boring, but that's not really true) medium size German city called Paderborn, home of the biggest computer museum in the world ("Heinz-Nixdorf Forum"), the University of Paderborn, and some nice pubs .

If you spot anything exciting, please let me know :-).

In my spare time I'm administrating the LAMP system of an independent internet forum on the New MINI (BMW's re-interpretation of the classic Mini) http://forum.mini2ig.de

Your opinions about Einstein@Home
IMHO it's one of the most promising and rewarding BOINC projects. Note that it will produce a scientific result in any case: either the detection of gravitational waves or a new "upper bound".

Keep up the good work, guys.
