| Your personal background. |
Hello Everyone, I'm a computer programming student currently living in Brampton but originally from a little town called welland in southern Ontario.
I've had a lifelong (going on 19 years) fascination with physics and computers (among many other things)!
I like to consider myself an armchair physicist if such a thing exists. I also enjoy many other hobbies including drawing, cooking, watching movies, computer/video games and basically any other thing you can think of!
Some (re: Most People!) would consider me a nerd but I think doing things like building a trebuchet in a friends backyard or fixing peoples computers for fun are just things other people are jealous they can't do! |
| Your opinions about Einstein@Home |
| I run Einstein@Home for several reasons, I believe it can help shed light on many of the mysteries of our universe. I also believe that it is a silent, CPU driven tribute to a great man who did so many things, not just for science, but for human compassion. Einstein was truly a great individual and I feel honoured that in some way I am following in his footsteps and completing the journey he started a century ago in a dusty patent office. |
