Your personal background.
Hi everyone, I'm a 3rd year undergraduate studying molecular biology at the University of California, San Diego. I've been working in a structural biology lab at the Scripps Research Institute for 4 years now, beginning in high school. Right now I'm working on the crystal structure of an enzyme involved in sulfur assimilation in organisms such as mycobacterium tuberculosis.

Your opinions about Einstein@Home
When I was little I wanted to grow up and be an astronomer. Sometime in high school though I fell too deeply in love with biology. I still have an interest and appreciation for astrophysics, and I try to keep up on the current research. I'm happy to be able to lend some resources to a project such as Einstein@Home.
