I am a retired 72 year old computer system engineer from the beginning of time. I retired after 44 years with one company. My career ranged from prior to the IBM S/360 system through telecommunications up to UNIX and current PC systems. I was responsible for system testing the entire S/360 line back in the earlier 60's.
I was involved in the Open System movement with The Open Group and the Distributed Management Task Force. I still keep my hand in. |
