Profile: William Lay

Your personal background.
I'm 14, have 3 servers donated (via BOINC) to the Einstein@home program (plans for three tier server are in the making!). I also have hooked the two family PCs up to the Einstein@Home program along with my PC. Basically I'm a hardware obsessed computer nut who can't get enough of BOINC to keep my servers and PCs busy.
Your opinions about Einstein@Home
I run Einstein@home because i get satisfaction out of aiding the search for Pulsars. I love physics and Einstein seems a wonderfully classy way to donate to the world of physics and atronomy and what not.

I think the project is very good overall. I like the screensaver which is provided and am starting to hook all of my computer obsessed friends up to the program too.

My only suggestion is: can the connectivity be increased and made more reliable. I have a 1.5meg internet connection and great coverage but a lot of the time my computers can't hook into the Einstein@home program. If this bug could be fixed it would be almost perfect
