| Your personal background. |
I am in Ohio, been here all my life.I am 42 yrs. old and have done lots of things in my life. I spent 20+ years in retail business management and then tried to change careers. I have a degree in Environmental Field Technologies and have worked at both a hazardous waste facility and as the Field Safety Manager at NASA Plum Brook Reactor Facility Decommission and Demolition(PBRF). The PBRF has been a really great project to be working on. The facility was built back in the 1950's and shutdown in 1973. Everything was left in place except for the nuclear fuel rods, which were removed at that time. Our job was to decontaminate the facility, disassemble the two reactors, and take it down to 'green space.' If you have not figured it out by now, I enjoy anything on the cutting edge or relating to risk and discovery.

I love adventure and do whitewater rafting, rock climbing, hiking, and camping. I've rafted the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. It's really something to lay at the bottom of the Canyon at night and be able to see the Milky Way. There has been an adventure to the rainforest of Belize, a visit to the Lamanai Ruins, and an excursion through the pine forests.
