Your personal background.
I live in Ohio and have ran seti@home for some time, this project got my interest.Hobbies ? Hmmmmmm motorcyles....space.....and my garden.
A little more about me.....ever since I was a small boy I looked up at the night sky and wondered how things work, what is up there..and yes even today at 59 years old I wish i could go up there and travel the stars,I would not miss anything here on Earth ahhhhhhhhh the wonders to be seen.
I remember standing on board my ship in the Navy looking at the Moon while a certain gentleman walked on it.
Shoot I remember as a small boy looking up at the night sky and seeing the Milky way from a residential neighborhood in Ohio. Light pollution now BAH !
I build my own computers ( gaming compuers, the Hot Rods of the computing world )I'm down to three computers here at home, one of them which is Dual-Cpu runs MDK 10.0 and seti@home constantly. My other two computers at the moment are dual-boot Win 2000 Pro/MDK 10.1.
Some say I'm a bit of an oddball,I ride and build Harley Davidsons,I also build gaming computers and sell them ( they are not cheap ),I like to garden and I post news on a friends web site for him.
In the Spring and Summer here in Ohio I ride my 12 year old Huffy 15 speed bike built here in Ohio from steel made at AK Steel in Middletown Ohio 25 miles every Sat and Sun.
Oh and if you would like to know the truth of how I think we got here..........we came from Mars and I've believed that since I was a teenager.
:)
I have just purchased an Orion XT12 IntelliScope,I've wanted a telescope of this size for some time and even went to the second shift where I'm employed to have more time to use it.
