Profile: Fritsch

Your personal background.
Born 1951 in Geneva Swizerland. Moved to Australia in 1980. I am a clockmaker, sundial designer (creates my own designs) and puppets maker ( there are used in aged care facilities to alleviate the burden of Alzeimer disease on patient)
I have a strong connection with Time and the Cosmos.
First with the clocks which display Time created by man, then second with the sundial where Time is natural and reflects the mouvement of the Earth around the Sun.
In my spare time I am designing a public observatory site where people of all kinds can come and (re)connect with the Cosmos and the Universe
Your opinions about Einstein@Home
1. Got on the site from the abc.com.au website by reading one of their article, I was amazed about the computer simulation of the collision of two black holes. very worthwhile to participate in such a computational hungry project
2. I am no scientist on black holes. We have to recognise that millions of computers are idling most of the time and harnessing this "wasted time" is important to any project.
I believe by understanting the gravitational waves produced by these gigantic collisions might give us a better views on where we are living and what matter is!
3. There might be suggestions later
