| My name is Jaap van den Berg (born in 1957) and currently working as a senior designer of mobile networks at a large telecom-company in the Netherlands. I'm living with wife and two kids somewhere between Rotterdam and The Hague. Most important hobbies: Computers, Internet, digital photo and video, astronomy, electronics-amateur-radio and last but not least: drinking Belgian beer and having a good time..! | |

| I run Einstein@Home because computers, Internet and astronomy are my hobbies and it's nice that these hobbies can be useful to the science-community. It would be great if this project could show some interesting results within a couple of years! Anyway, the number of participants show quite some public interest... Suggestion: try to generate some more publicity for the project in the media (Discovery Channel, etc.) | |
