Your personal background.
I'm a Research Associate in the Syracuse University Gravitational Wave Group. My PhD thesis was on commissioning GEO600 and now I work on LIGO. Naturally, I can't wait for the gravitational wave detectors to hear their first signals! I've added the spare CPU of four desktop computers located in out sub-basement lab to the E@H effort.
