| Hi there, 48 Years old and living in Schiedam. A nice old town in the Netherlands. Momentarily unemployed. Educational base is HBO-Biochemistry. I think it's about the same level as college in the USA. Among other things, I love reading about physics, cosmology and the quantumworld. Furthermore I like downloading from and watching at internetpages - preferably videos of colleges, classes, workshops, seminars, documentaries and anything interactive - having to do with the forementioned subjects. | |

| Back again after several months. At the start of the Einsteinyear I already joined the project. But... got nervous watching my CPU continuously flopping bits(!) After removing the project from my computer, it turned into a vegetable! It cost me a week to build things up again from scratch! @#%$! But... after receiving the email from Einstein@home in februari 2006 my heart melted again. So here I am! Furthermore I'm in an "eager to know"-anticipation of the possibility that the LHC will make string-theory a feasonable way of looking at things. I do love these kind of "farfetched" projects. Lets find out if Einstein is still "cool"! and along the way we might be able to grasp whether gravity is out of this world(!) With some luck and perseverance mankind might see - and with lots more luck even understand(!) - beautiful things! Suggestion: To anyone out there in the world of practical quantumphysics and/or einstein@home: Can I please... come over and work for you? ahh.. ahhh.. please? Any work (mopping floors?) or payment will do, as long as I won't starve.. ;). If God created light; can He do quantum measurements and watch particle/wave behaviour without disturbing the experiment? And in that case was Einstein right after all? Because then maybe: *God did create dice, but left them for man to play with!* | |
