| I'm an operator at the LIGO Observatory in Washington State. I've been here since 1998, hot off the press from college. It has been fascinating to see it develop from ground up - hardware to software. I love working here. The picture is of me last summer (2004) working on the detector while 8 months pregnant with my first baby - a boy! Well, I'm currently working a graveyard shift for our S4 run - gotta go make coffee! |
