Profile: Dae Hong Kim

Your personal background.
I am from Los Angeles, CA and am a 34 year old satellite engineer. I am an avid volunteer and believe in volunteering my CPU time along with my time, work, and thoughts. Much of this is because I am a deeply committed Christian. I love to learn about new things and push development of science and technology. I am also pretty competitive, and I always look at my stats.
Your opinions about Einstein@Home
I am very interested in extraterestrial work. I have been trying to run SETI@home, but it is down. That is how I learned about BOINC and Einstein at home. I am also running climate prediction and protein predictor.

I am assuming the objective for this project and others are non-profit and non-military. It is possible for the knowledge to be abused, but I hope and pray it is not the objective.

Oh yes, how do we update resource allocations on BOINC? I will ask on the message board.

Sincerely,

Dan.
