| I am an accountant, much of the time, and a husband and relatively new father and various other things besides. The photo is of me and my dear son Raf at about 12.5 months. I hope he grows up to be as much of a space nut as his dad. |

I run E@H because:
- the computer might as well do something; and
- it is one small contribution that I can make to the expansion of knowledge about the universe at a time when ignorance seems to be more fashionable than ever.
