Your personal background.
I have lived on all 4 sides of the U.S., but in the upper Midwest, (Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin), for about the last 40 years.
I am a Ham radio operator, (Extra Class), and check into 2-3 nets every day. I'm also involved in emergency communications, including as a severe weather spotter, and make dsaily weather reports to the National Weather Service,(NOAA).
I am retired due to disability, but still have a lot of interest in the sciences, especially electronics, and am working on a revoloutionary invention.
Your opinions about Einstein@Home
While I spend a lot of hours a day on my computer, including handling e-mails relating to emergency communications, reporting spam to Federal agencies, and trying to earn a few extra dollars to suppliment my Social Security, there are also many hours when it sits idle, including my 6 hours of sleep every night.
At one time I was involved in the SETI @ HOME project, but my computer got too slow to continue with that project.
