Profile: Noss

Your personal background.
Hi there! I'm currently working as a systems programmer for a major US IT company in Luxembourg.
Before earning money, I have been studying physics in Zurich (yes, yes, that's where Einstein also went...) and got a PhD in atomic physics in Paris.
Some of my physics nostalgia (ah, the good old student times...) paired with working on computers every day (or almost) keep me interested in participating in diverse grid computing projects like this one.
I wish I had had some Teraflops available during my studies... but it was always exciting to see some calculation results after a few days run... and to have to finetune the input parameters afterwards...
