Profile: Santiago E. Diaz

Your personal background.
Hello fellow BOINCers!

My name is Santiago Diaz. I am 40 years old (2005), and live in Seabrook, Texas (a suburb of Houston). I am a network systems engineer, and all around computer nerd. When I'm not slaving away at the keyboard (or inside a computer case), I can be found either under water (I'm an avid SCUBA diver), or on fire (I'm a volunteer fire fighter).

Check out NASA's Astronomy Picture of the Day.

Your opinions about Einstein@Home
I run the project simply because I'm a physics buff. I'm involved with other DC projects, and this project is equally meritorious and deserving of my idle CPU cycles. I don't mean to sound pompous about my CPU cycles, I just mean that Einstein@Home is a worthwhile project that should be supported.
