Profile: Tony Barelli

Your personal background.
I am a 61 year old anesthesiologist with an advanced degree in physics. I have a passion for physics and read just about everything I can on cosmology particularly gravity.

My hobbies are playing jazz and growing black walnut trees on our ranch.
Your opinions about Einstein@Home
I run Einstein@home because gravity wave detection and eventual astronomy will tell us a great deal about physics, where we came from and going and, perhaps give us a better understanding of dark energy and proposed higher dimentional space.

My suggestions for the project are to post some details as to data integration from LIGO and mathematical approaches for data analysis. Also knowing in “real-time” some points of interests that all of the calculations may be turning up would generate a lot of interest, at least for me.
