Ah computers, where would we be without them? Look where we are with them. Can you imagine how many lost and listless souls would be lounging around being bored if it were not for computers? When home it's the best way to waste time that I know, it sure beats mowing the lawn on a summers day. When outside I like to go 4 wheel driving and get back to nature.
Being 40 something, computers are still not easy for me but I am going to learn how to programme them one day, I might even try Linux. I like building computers, it's operating them I have trouble with.
I live in Australia and work in the communications industry. Once I had tried some BOINC projects I got hooked, I think it is the friendly competition and the fact that I am doing my bit for science. |

| I run Einstein@Home as I have been interested in Astronomy and Physics for a long time (don't understand a lot but still like it). Confirming what the great man predicted all those years ago is great for the Physics world and we will also learn more about how the Universe works. |
