Your personal background.
Its about time I grew up and did something useful .... but what the hell being grown up isn't all its made out to be. The last 50 years haven't been totally wasted and there is still time to "mature" and decend into respectability, so I'm putting that off for a few years.

I live in Bootle (just outside Liverpool, England) and have a son,a daughter and a grandson. Although having a grandchild does give the impression of aging, you do get all the fun of acting like a 4 year old (because that's what grandads do) and still get out at night for a few beers! .... and I do enjoy a good beer or two ..... or three or ........

I'm a season ticket holder for Liverpool (current Champions of Europe ... no I don't know how they did it either!) and have been for over 30 years. The first season was hard to get the money and it meant getting up in the dark, going out in the rain and carrying a sack of newspaper around the streets but it was worth it!!

I play the guitar badly, keyboards worse and the less said about the tin whistle the better.

And anyone who likes a beer is a good guy!!! .... well that what my granddad told me
Your opinions about Einstein@Home
I run Einstein at home because I'm a closet nerd. I find science fascinating and I'm always impressed with what science comes up with even when I don't completely understand it.
