What I was referring to in my statement of you having "0" (zero) cache was this:
I have little or no idea how an Apple/Mac Operating system with running Darwin 23.1.0 works, so I could only presume that it might have an effect. But I wasn't sure.

As you saw that changed with the next batch of tasks but you also could have suspended all but 1 task run it to see what happens and then gone back to 2 or 3 at a time to test things out but it's alot of babysitting.

That gives me an astounding RAC of 10k... I honestly cannot continue like this, I think this is too much "computing power" (and electricity) hardly doing anything, I now think my computer is not fit for this application, whatever the real reason behind.
Sad truth, I'll try my luck somewhere else :/

Try Ammicable Numbers gpu tasks or even the Moo Wrapper gpu tasks as both are pretty short and pay alot of credits compared to Einstein, when SRBase comes back up again also try their gpu tasks as well.

If I am reading this bit of information correctly, your GPU - though it does have 16 GB of VRAM - is bussing through your CPU to produce the output you're getting. i.e.: Your CPU is slowing down your GPU's output considerably.
I may be totally wrong, but that's what I think. IOW, with your particular GPU you are probably getting similar slow readings from other projects expecting GPUs to do the tasks because your GPU is putting its output through the CPU first, and the CPU can't handle the speed of the GPU without slowing it down.
If you wish to continue with BOINC projects and want to do GPU tasks as well, I might suggest you getting an NVIDIA GPU with an HDMI or Display Port output. Just a thought.

Well... I give up. As I may have said before, I have never owned or used an Apple/Mac computer and have very little knowledge about how they actually work. From a cursory standpoint, I have casually looked at some documentations of new Apple/Mac computers, but really didn't do anything with them.
I still think that your "0" cache I showed in my screen capture may have something to do with the problem you have running Einstein, at least the O3AS tasks. You'll need to find someone else who is very knowledgeable about your computer, and BOINC in general, to figure out if my 'assumption' is correct or not.
Glad your iMac is running an Amicable task as you might expect. Good luck in finding new GPU tasks that will work as intended.

This picture bothers me...does it REALLY show you running 20 gpu tasks at the same time?
@mikey : no this the BoincTasks history page, it gathers details on all the tasks that *did* run on any of your machine (one of the main reasons I use BT !), you can see there the 3 tasks I cancelled (discussed above) and the execution time of each task, the latest I was commenting was the blue row, I confirm I was running one at a time at the end
@george : just for info I looked at my computer detail page on amicable, I don't think there is an equivalent info as the "cache" from einstein detail page for that same machine, it is between memory (RAM) and swap file size, there is nothing between these two on the amicable detail page...

Looking a bit deeper than I normally do, I 'think' I may have found your problem.
Go to: https://einsteinathome.org/apps.php and look at your system for doing O3AS tasks.
Mac OS 10.5 or later running on Intel 64 Bit - 1.07 (GW-opencl-ati-2)
Now go to https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/radeon-pro-5700-xt.c3662 and you'll find your GPU. It says:
