From our perspective everything is green. You should be able to upload results and also report them. But you are not running "NEON Beta" on your Android Device. You are running normal "NEON" work. The other ARM device is/was producing errors while using an anonymous application.

You could try to activate the http_debug and http_xfer_debug in the Manager and post the log of a failing scheduler connection.
When you reset you will get the same work again and have to compute that again.
