I have a Physics PhD from Princeton, where I researched millisecond pulsars under Joe Taylor. So, I'm thrilled to use my home computer to search for more pulsars.
I am also a proud longtime member of the Luxuriant Flowing Hair Club for Scientists.
It's great to use the capability of volunteer computing to look for special needles in the haystack that otherwise would be missed; it's getting the biggest bang for the radiotelescope (and gravity wave detector) buck.
