Hi, my name is Martin (Smire). I have been involved in distributed computing since 2005 starting with Seti and Einstein.

I'm interested in sciencies. Main focus of my interest is in nuclear
physics and more precisely in radiation protection, laboratory meassurement
(gamaspectrometry) and programming.

I would like to say I do this for benefit which may be brought to mankind. Maybe my reasons for this are simplier and perhaps a little bit selfish:
it's fun, I enjoy the competition and it satisfies my scientific curiosity.
