The account key is not remembered after login regardless of the state of the "remember account key" box.

I'm using the Mozilla 1.7.3 browser which also has a password manager, and this is not activated either by the request for a key as with other sites that need a password.

Account key not remembered after login

I'm using Netscape 7.1 @home and IE6 @work, and it works with both.
Passwordmanager was not bothered.

I think the account key is remembered using 'cookies' not using the password manager. Do you have cookies enabled? I think in Mozilla this is under 'security' but am not sure.

Make sure you haven't blocked the site from placing a cookie, or limited cookies to session only. I have a cookie placed by the site named "auth" which contains my account key.

Unless they've changed the

Unless they've changed the way it works, the idea seems to be to "never log out". Then, you are always logged in on that computer every time you come to the site. Each computer needs to be logged in once with the "remember" box checked.

I agree it's not the way anybody would think it's supposed to work. For months, I thought it was broken and they'd "get around to" fixing it some time, but then someone explained it...
