    Hello:
    I have a problem with the projects of Boinc, It says "Reached daily quota of 2 results" and I didn´t see any work, the pc still without work since some days.
    Have you any solution? Or the program works right?

      Quota is reduced for every WU which errors out. Why the error? No idea ATM, sorry.

        One thing you might try is going back to Boinc version 6.2.19, the one you are using, 6.4.5 is the "released" version but is still buggy. Most people are not happy with version 6.4.5 unless they do video card crunching also, and even then it is not a good version for that either! After you click on the download Boinc link then click on All Versions in the line below.

        Your error messages say:

        Are you the Administrator on the pc or just a User?

          Perhaps your problem needs more investgation. I'm using 6.4.5 with smoothe operation on Quad core processor with Nvidia 9800 GTX dual GPU and Windows Vista Ultimate. System runs a little hot at 100% 4x core processing but with extra fans on the motherboard seems to hold its own. Have you checked your core temp. This program is a processor hog and can easily get your core temp above normal. Try reducing the processor percentage use below 100% to help your core from returning errors to the server due to heat.             I don't think the OP has a temperature problem, since the tasks don't start to run and the error message hints at a file system / access rights problem.

            I want to emphasise that only the percentage of the number of processors should be reduced, not the percentage of processing time, as that could lead to other errors.

              Thanks for your time, I have got the 6.4.5 version and I do not have problems with the P.C. I´m trying with the old version and then i´ll see. And yes, I´m the administrator (we haven´t got users).
