And that means, if I have correctly counted backwards from 402, the number of posts in this thread before I started reading today's submissions, that the winner is once again Anniet.

Three things...1st) you guys have NO IDEA what you are missing with the Starbucks 'experience', it really is good coffee! 2nd) CONGRATULATIONS anniet for winning the game!! And finally 3rd) I too hope I can make it to 83 years old, especially with the health conditions he had, ie copd etc!
FWIW : I did later track down the origin of the 'which doctor?' court mistake. It was the medical admin at a prior hospital had just totally screwed it up. Still, I was paid a nice court appearance fee and a day's pay at the hospital I was then working at ( who forgot to mark me absent, despite being told I would be going to court ). Plus the guy in the green told me where to go [ downstairs on the right, third door on the left, ask for Bob ... type of thing ] to get the appearance fee cheque cashed. So about $400 in the pocket before I left the court precinct .... so I guess they can screw up the subpoenas any time they like from my point of view ! :-)
I did learn one other thing though : if it's not private industry then no-one gives an actual rat's rear end where the money goes.

I have lived in Washington State for most of my 57 years and still never been a Starbucks customer.........and I never have to do any jury duty because I have a doctor that signed a paper that makes it so they can't make me do that (no it wasn't our Dr Hewson )
And I have been watching Leonard Nimoy on several different TV shows of the past that they are showing on MeTV here all night (he is on *Get Smart* right now)
